Yes, you do need a valid prescription to place an order at MedicalWeb. Our customers can choose from the following options:
1. If you do not have an existing valid prescription, you can fill out the medical questionnaire and a licensed physician will review your information. If you qualify, the physician will issue a valid prescription. We do not charge a medical consultation fee for this service.
2. If you have an existing prescription, simply fill out our online medical questionnaire before scanning and emailing your prescription. You can also fax your prescription to 480-505-5727.

This service utilizes a proprietary process to confirm age and address information via public records. ExpectID can access billions of public records in a single search. A USA licensed physician will review your medical information and health history to determine if it’s safe for you to take the requested medication. In some cases, the prescribing physician may need to collect additional information. If that’s the case, one of our customer service representatives will contact you. Once you’re approved, a USA licensed physician will issue the prescription and send it to a USA licensed pharmacy. The pharmacy will dispense your medication and prepare it for shipment. Your package will contain your medication, prescription, receipt, and documentation that will tell you everything you need to know about the medication. The package will also include relevant contact information in case you need to contact the pharmacy directly.
Yes, you can transfer your prescription to a different pharmacy. However, we do charge a transfer request fee. Contact a customer service representative for details. Please remember that your online prescription does not include refills at other pharmacies. If your order shipped via FedEx, your carrier will try to deliver your package up to 3 times. After the third attempt, you can pick your package up at a FedEx shipping location. Yes, if your order shipped via FedEx, you can change the address after the order has shipped. However, you should be aware that there is a $10 re-route fee. If your order shipped via USPS, we cannot re-route your package. When the package is returned, we will ship your package using the updated address information.
