MedicalWeb, Inc has been in business since 1996 and has been a leader in consumer driven health care and IT. We believe when you combine the two, you create a powerful vehicle to improve access to care while guarding patient safety and improving and standardizing quality. We believe the Internet can provide equivalent patient safety to traditional medicine and, according to our last patient survey, patients believe that too.

We put life behind our beliefs with initiatives in alternative medicine, mental health, and primary care and by working with physician groups to implement our ideas. We are a medical management services company with a vision for physicians that communicate with their patients online. At this time, we have chosen to align ourselves with Virtual Medical Group, Inc.

Virtual Medical Group is a CA company owned by physicians. They handle minor, non-emergent care health care concerns online.

Medical Web provides services to those physicians that include:
1. Intellectual Technology Services which includes providing secure communication tools for physicians and patients and providing the latest technology for patient intake;
2. Marketing which includes establishing and maintaining a reliable web presence and trying to implement different initiatives that promote consumer centric health care;
3. Administrative services which includes securing malpractice insurance for the physicians and credentialing services;
4. Patient Services;
5. Physician Recruiting;
6. Legal Services; and
7. Fulfillment services of prescriptions written by those physicians through pharmacies licensed in the US.
